I got Voom hooked up this past Sunday (5 days ago), and my clock is displayed incorrectly. It's 1 hour behind, still on Standard time, apparently.

I look on the box, but I don't find a setting for this. Should I call Voom to fix?
 
No, it will be fixed when your box get the new software update. Just leave the box turned off (in standby mode) overnight and you should get the download within a few days.
