I just got in from work and saw that one of my favorite movies, Unforgiven is on TNT. I rarely watch TNT-HD because the picture is always stretched. I decided to stop and watch anyway because there wasn't anything else on. Anyway, to the point, the movie, although censored, appears to actually be in HD. I was in shock at first and watched closely looking for signs of stretching.. but nope. None. I even switched back and forth to the SD TNT, and TNT-HD definitely has more of the picture (by that, I mean that SD TNT is cropped).
It's good that they're finally getting some HD programming for their HD channel.
