TNT HD and Cinemax HD have been added to Charter Cable in SW Michigan (Sturgis). If they could add CBS HD and ESPN2 HD the lineup would be complete.
 
Hmm, interesting. They don't say it's available for Kzo yet. I just talked to them last night as I am getting cable reinstalled for broadband and of course the obligatory lifeline cable. But I might have to get their HD pack if they ever add CBS.
