I like that we now have TWO great car shows. LeBlanc's Top Gear was pretty darned good last season, and the inaugural season of "Grand Tour" with the former hosts of TG was pretty awesome!

Well I watched it last night from BBC2 and I liked it. Much better than last season and very much reminiscent of the old Top Gear everyone was wanting. Personally I thought it was better than many of the Grand Tour episodes. Hopefully they continue to refine their chemistry together over the next 6 episodes.

Matt LeBlanc annouces he is leaving Top Gear UK after the next season.
The show was just getting good again.

LeBlanc said, “My experience on Top Gear has been great fun. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the whole team. However, the time commitment and extensive travel required to present Top Gear takes me away from my family and friends more than I’m comfortable with. It’s unfortunate, but for these reasons I will not be continuing my involvement with the show. I will forever be a Top Gear fan and I wish the team continued success. Thanks for a great drive.”
