Toshiba 51H83 picture off center question

I had Voom and always thought it was them but it seems I still have a picture that is slightly off center on some channels. It seems to go to the right more than it should. Any thoughts on how to correct this? Could it be the STB or a signal issue. When i use OTA i get nbc perfect....cbs goes to far to the right. I noticed it to on HDNet the other day also so i know it is not OTA specific.

I believe there may be an adjustment that you can make on your satellite box. I had the same issue with my JVC 34WP84 television while running the DVI cable from my Samsung T160 satellite box. Once I found the setting and made the adjustment the problem has never came back.
