I hear people asking about this un-advertised package, but I haven't seen a full line-up for it yet, so I decided I should post it for you along with a comparison! Total Choice Limited is only available to existing customers. It is not advertised anywhere, but it just another DirecTV is showing their appreciation for current customers with a great way to save money! TC Limited is $31.99 for about 90 channels, or $34.99 with local channels. you must ask for it by name to get it, and must be a current customer. It is E-Z to get- (no tricks or talking to customer retention are needed to get this deal!) CSR's will even give it out, when asked for by name!

doesn't look like it compares at all... It looks poorly organized.

While it includes several channels that would be considered second teir, it removes several basica channels like TNT, Sci-Fi, Spike TV, MSNBC, that are in every pretty much every package nation wide.

LOL!! So for the reduced price, they actually "take away" the "TV Guide Channel"!?! It's almost worth giving up some of the good ones to get rid of that one.

If your looking for a low cost package on Directv look into the Para Todos packages. Opcion Extra gives 50 channels of English programming for $26.99 or $29.99 with locals and DOES qualify as the minimum package for a 1 year commitment.

Very good point, as the commitment is to maintain the "Total Choice" or better package, and even though many CSRs may not catch that, the computer will.
