@ g3 95 i get no quality on tp 11811 but good q. on the other 2 tps 11780&12050. is that tp down or is the problem on my end

That TP is / was scrambled, I don't think any are ITC

has to be problem with that tp when other tps shows good q. on same sat. scram or not makes no difference on your quality & signal strength

G3 - 95W, freq 11811mhz comes up blank here. I think they left G3 a while ago, I think I have scanned in some that may be the same/similar on 87W, but on C band.

RTN - Race Track Network switched over to Dish Network for distribution. There signal on G3C ku is gone. The transponder is currently empty.
