Transfer from 622 to Hopper

I understand that there is a way to transfer my cue list from a 622 to Hopper, but will the tech do this for me?

Maybe if you pay for an additional service fee for him/her to write down your timers and then reenter them....otherwise....No, that's not part of their job description.
