Transfering programs from 722k to external Hard Drive, reboots receiver

Hi,

I have a 722k with an external Hard Drive. When I try sending programs to the external drive, the receiver reboots. I can access the external, view programs on the external, even restore programs from the external to the receiver. However, sending programs over is a no go. I just got off the phone with tech support, and I was told that, "This is an unusual problem, and it has been submitted to the engineering department." I was then told to have a nice day, and that was it... So does anybody have an idea of what is going on? Thanks for any help.

What type of EHD do you have? Have you tried using the other USB port?

I have an Elements-Western Digital 2TB EHD. I have tried using the other USB port, and have tried using another EHD... same result.
