was a glitch on the actual station. Had same thing on Directv

I was watching Operation Repo and it did that at the worse time- toward the end- Had to say up late and watched it again to see that the gross pig had got shot.

Sounds like a major computer glitch at Tru-TV's master control. Like most cable networks, it's probably highly automated with few humans around.
