trying to find galaxy28

Looking dor galaxy 28. (netv) ilocated them on T4. also called the number they listed on sat 613 very nice person but could not tell me their new location.They told me after aug 31 2008 they will no longer be on T4.
I am new to setting up . My question is what are the letters and number,
for galaxy 28. such as T4 i believe is galaxy 26

NET is moving from Galaxy 26 at 93 degrees west longitude (4DTV Tile T6) to
Galaxy 28 at 89 degrees west longitude (4DTV Tile T4).
Read the information on 613, it is correct. The very nice person you talked to was misinformed.
