tuition reimbursement

i didn't find any thread in regards to this, but just wanted to know if there are any satellite technicians taking advantage of the tuition reimbursement offered? i recently got in contact with my HR department, but there no specific degree programs on what would cover. it just specifies that it must be within company's opinion and directly/related to present job. the only degree program i could think of would be a business degree. anyone going to school for something else?
