Turbo HD only packages for existing?

I was under the impression that Dish was finally going to allow existing customers to switch to the HD only packages starting on Feb 1, but the "clearly offshore" CSR rep I spoke to said her computer couldn't do that.

Have any existing customers succeeded in getting the hd only packages yet?

I checked online this morning and I had the option listed for the Turbo pacs.

I was able to switch from AT250 with Gold HD to Turbo Gold HD-only on Sunday.
