Turn 211 to DVR with EHD

Just a quick question. I wanna turn the living room 211 into a DVR using an EHD. I got a spare EHD I dont use anymore (powered). I understand there is a one time $40 charge to activate it. Do I have to contact CSR and use a credit card, or is it charged on the bill?

You do need to contact a rep to get it activated, but I can do so for you. Just send me a PM with your phone number or account number.

It is applied to the bill (unless you have a PIA account)
