TV Card and Dishnetwork?

I am quite new to this whole TV on your PC and being so I have many questions, but my main one is how do you get a Dishnetwork subscription with your tuner card?

I don't have a tuner card as of yet but am considering the Nexus-S card and would like to recieve Satilite TV on my PC with windows XP Media center and be able to record shows.

You can't get Dish Network with a PC TV Card. But you can take the S-video output of a receiver and record shows the same way. The only thing is it wont work to great on a 522 or 322 or any others that automoatically go to stand by with the floating dish logo after a while.
