TV Everywhere and HDTV Multi-Room Extender

I know these have not been released yet, but has anyone heard/seen a suggested retail price for the TV Everywhere Adapter and the HDTV Multi-Room Extender? Is it safe to assume that these will be released at the same time as the 922 since the HDTV multi-room extender is required to use the 2nd output on the 922 for home TV viewing?

No word on pricing yet.

These will be neat witht he 922 as it will make TV2 HD.

I'm interested in adding these to my 722K so that I can have HD in other rooms - I just hope that it is a fairly inexpensive solution.

ME Too! But this is DISH and I am sure it won't come cheap. But if it turns out to be a monthly fee , forget about it.
