TWC Cable into OTA module

I have 2 HWS. If CBS goes dark Could I subscribe to TWC basic (it would cost me $10/mo) And connect it directly to an OTA module on my HWS?
Would i then be able to record the CBS programming?
Would it require a TWC cable box and need to be manually tuned to the channel I wanEd to record?

The ota module can only receive ATSC signals so it is only able to receive OTA it cannot receive analog signals or QAM signals.

True the cable won't work. I even tested it before ,since I have TWC for my internet and I get basic cable for free and it won't work .
