TWC UR5u-8790L 30 second skip

I've searched the web and can't find the answer to this. Got new Moto dvr for downstairs TV with new remote. Every direction I find to put in 30 second skip mentions a setup button. Thus remote doesn't have one. I took our old remote downstairs and the 30 second skip button I programmed on it works, so the box isn't the issue. Any ideas?

Where are you at? I think I still have a couple of motorola remotes left over from my Comcast days that might work. TWC tries very hard to prevent people from using these features. Other alternative is to go with cheap Harmony remote.
