Twice in a month!?!?!?

This past month my HD DVR has done some wierd stuff i have not seen or heard of on these forums before. Here is what happens:

*My HD DVR shuts off
*Displays a rotating line and displays dl
*Then EF
*and finally FP

HD DVDR restars and that its. Doean't happen to my other boxes and seems to do nothing. Any ideas as to what this is or what it does.

Call and set up a date to replace it. Last time I had that problem within a few days the hard disk died. If it is rebooting every day it represents a failure of some kind.
