Twin VIP 622 with Dish 1000

I am trying to help out my boss with an installation. He has two VIP622 Dvr boxes and wants to only using TV 1 out of each. He has a Dish 1000. I pulled out the lnb and it has a jumper cable from 129-110 degrees and then two outputs 119 of which only one is being used to drive the first box. My question is this. it is an whole house installation with all of the gear in the basement using only the component outputs from the 622. Would I be able to take the sat input wire going to the unused TV2 input and use it for the TV1 input for the second box?

You should assuming it is a DPP twin, you need to use the DPP Separator (which usually comes with the receiver) to feed both inputs on the back of the receiver.
