new software update as of 12:21 this morning took the football app off and i do not know what other things that it changed

Yep same here. U341
And so Far the Joey2s are dog slow with navigation.
Guide ,menu, and search function.
Joeys have U274

They were fairly good with U334.
But now, they feel awfully close to a Joey1.


See if tonights update maybe will stabilize them.

That Accessibility setting is way annoying.
They really should change the voice lol.

And that is one hell of a Zoom feature lol.


But I think the Lip sync issues are gone, and So far the motion blur issues I think have been addressed as well.

I'm back to getting the HDCP TV Not Supported notifications when I try to watch HBO,Cinemax, Epix, etc. It was an issue with earlier software upgrades and it has returned.

reset your hopper 3 or unplug for three to five minutes and it should work
 
I noticed something different and was wondering when it was added. I saw it just a few days ago with U336. What it is is in the guide, in the "time" row, there is a faint indicator of where you are in that time bracket.

Anyone else notice that ?

I said that a couple of weeks ago. I tried it, thought how horrible that voice is, and disabled it.

Yeah, that can't be "normal" or how it's supposed to work. Is it ?

Someone did turn on the "Audio description" setting on our Joey and it wasn't bad at all. I started watching Vikings and at the beginning, the scene was 'flying' into their village, and there was a nice-sounding man's voice that described the scene. The 'detail' of the description was pretty good too. I have to believe this comes from the show's creator, not Dish.

Can't say exactly how long, but it's been there for me for at least months, possibly as far back as August when I got my H3
 
We've only had an H3 for a few months. Heh, I only noticed it days ago !

I have an old Directv receiver that I used to use as a "digital" receiver (for OTA reception) and it had a marker like this in it's guide. It was more prominent though - it used a small diamond shape for the marker.
 
The settings menu no longer has an option to connect to Bluetooth. I cannot connect to my soundbar. Has anyone found a way to do this?

also with this software release you have to re-pair you bluetooth devices every morning could someone from DIRT check this out for me. thanks
 
I assume the software is downloading. I have a Warning 303 message saying memory is now being programmed. Been like this for 2 hours now =(
 
Guess what... Now that I have this s/w, my EHD has disappeared. I tried cold reboot and unplugging EHD to no avail. Suggestions (other than "soon")?
 
New issue I came across, when I go to move recordings between folders only certain some of the recordings in that folder show up, some are missing. Typical dish fix something and break something else. You would think I would get use to it after 18 years.
