Just to add:
In section 7 of this manual, the term "elevation angle" is used in a non-conventional way (so: in a wrong way) in the picture and chart. So this might be confusing.
Elevation angle or inclination angle is normally measured from the horizon towards which you are aiming, upwards.
Declination angle is normally measured from a plumb pole, downwards; or from the horizon that you are not aiming at, downwards.
So the angle marked "elevation angle" is in fact the declination angle for the rotation axis,
and the extra declination angle of 0 to about 8 degrees is conventionally called the declination offset angle for the dish (as it has an offset to the rotation axis). Though many people call this just the 'declination angle', for the dish.
The angle marked "elevation angle" is also often indicated as "polar mount angle", I believe.
The good thing is: the chart gives modified motor angles!
