unable to access " our other sites"

Hey All...for quite awhile now I have been unable to access the satguys service " all other sites". I need it to get the satellites and programming. Is there something I am doing wrong? Would really appreciate some feedback on this.

If you hover over the Our Other Sites "tab', you should see a little down arrow appear. Click on that.
