Unable to create an account

I am trying to create an account to try DTV Stream and It isn't letting me. Every time I enter my info and email it just gives an error that there is no account found. No sh*t, I'm trying to create one. Any suggestions on how to do this since their website is useless?

I ended up calling DTV and they got it set up. For some reason trying it on my end would not work. Their site either redirected me to ATT's website or gave the error that I mentioned above.

our acct is still on ATT... it will be a while before they convert everything over and things will go much smoother i hope
