Unable to upload files with IE 10

Well I'm back to this again. I've been unable to upload files by any method for the past couple of weeks. I can use the files already uploaded but can't add anything new. I've been checking everything I know to check but can't find what's wrong. And yea I know I shouldn't be using IE. Nobody here uses that program anymore. But I like it, and there it is

Go to Settings - http://www.satelliteguys.us/profile.php?do=editoptions

Then turn "Enhanced Attachment Uploading" off

That should fix it for ya.

Well that feature did work for me and I use it often. I disabled it and I think it uploaded a picture

So, "enhanced attachment uploading" actually means break uploading completely?

Enhanced or F'd up, means the same thing
