I have AT200 which includes LHN, but for some reason I don't seem to be able to access LHN streaming content on the ESPN site or app. I can access ESPN channel content and SEC network content on the ESPN app and site, but loading LHN content leads to a message that says "You do not have a subscription to view the requested content..." Yet I can view LHN through my Hopper and through Dish Anywhere just fine. Has anybody else had this problem?

Don't know that it'll help you any, but I just watched the press conference on my ZTE K88 tablet (stuck at Android v7.1.1). However, absolutely NO live content showed up for LHN or any ESPN channel on my Galaxy S9 (v9.0). Good luck figuring it out before Saturday!

That is strange to hear that happening. I will be sure to go ahead and pass your feedback along to our technical operations team

Thank you both for your responses. I will keep trying to figure it out. The fact that it is happening on multiple devices (computer with Chrome browser, iPhone, Roku) makes me think it's something with my account and not with the interface. That's what seems so frustrating and strange about it. Is there any way DISH Support can look at my account and see if there's anything there that would give a clue? Contact me if that might help.

It isn't your account, I have Top 200 and I tried after reading your post and I can't watch either. It takes me to the DISH sign-in, it signs in and I get the same message you did.
This could be a case where the agreement with LHN does not include online streaming as some others channels are or have been in the past.

No, you used to be able to watch LHN content in the ESPN app.

Thank you, Tampa8. That is very helpful to know. I was wondering if it had to do with the fact that Dish does not carry LHN in HD 24/7, but last year you could essentially watch LHN in HD via the ESPN App. I thought maybe that was the basis of a new contract dispute or ESPN looked at the terms of their agreement and found they could block Dish customers based on that differentiation. Just a thought.

Any update on whether or not this is a glitch or a change in policy? I also notice I can't access the ACC Network with my Dish credentials in the ESPN app, but that just may be because the deal hasn't been finalized (hopefully).

I have noticed that the error message for ACC Network on the ESPN App/web site has changed now that Dish is carrying that channel. Now it says that "Our team is working diligently with your TV provider to enable access. Please check back for updates and in the meantime you can enjoy ACC Network on your TV." So at least it seems to be aware of the current situation between Dish and ESPN. Could be technical stuff to sort out or could be contract fine print to hammer out. Either way, it's better than a flat out "access denied" message, IMHO.

After being fixed for a while the Longhorn Network access on the ESPN app is once again blocked for Dish customers with the claim it's not in our package (which it is) AT 200.

Hello there, Nominal. We did previously have some issues with the LHN and access on the WatchESPN app. We definitely want to be on top of any new issues. Are you seeing the screen stating that you are "Not Subscribed" when trying to login?

I can login to the ESPN app overall and watch other live channels (like ACC), but when I click on the live feed of Longhorn Network, I get this message.

Thank you for providing us with that picture, Nominal. We have passed this feedback onto our back office on your behalf and we are hopeful to have this resolved as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while we continue to work on this issue.

Is there an update on this? I get the same error as shown by Nominal above. Would really like to watch college baseball on Longhorn (on the ESPN app).
