Universal C-Band LNB

Is the any LNB for C-Band that works like the Invacom QPH-031 Quad that have different ports for Linear and circular connection the idea of going up and down the dish the place and remove the Dielectric is frustrating.
have anybody been able to have 2 lnb on the c band simultaneousness one for Linear and the other circular?

One alternative is a siamese feed, something like this:

You could substitute a couple of lower cost LNBFs with a dielectric plate in one.
