Update for Indianapolis area

WUDZ-LD is back on the air, I think they are operating at reduced power. There signal strength is much lower than the other low power stations @ 15 kW ERP. WIPX-LD is still off air and never have been on the air, as far as I know.

Probably getting ready for ATSC 3,0. We have a station WFGX that doing that now. It's been almost three weeks since they started. It's the sister station of the ABC station WEAR.
