I have a Dish 500 antenna with two single LNB's with a single coax cable running from each LNB and tying into a Dish SW21 switch that was feeding an old Dish 501 DVR. I recently upgraded to a Dish 512 dual tuner DVR. My problem is that I can only use one of the tuners. Will a switch of some kind allow for two coax feeds into the newer Dish 512? ANY help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would replace the lnb with a DPP Twin and add a DPP separator to the back of the receiver so your one coax run would then feed both tuners. Since the DPP Twin has a built in switch, there would be no need for any external switches.
