Upgrade to Premium?

I am a new customer and signed up a few days ago for the choice extra hd dvr package. There is a rebate which I applied for online. $21 credit for 12months.

Can I upgrade my programming to Premium and still keep that $21 credit for the 12 months?

And secondly after the 12 months can I go back to choice extra?

I don't think anyone here can answer that, you will have to call them and ask.

You can get the $21 off any package except Family, just call and ask for the switch.
