Upgrading D1000

I have a D1000.1 pointing at 110 & 119
When I upgraded to HD in Sep 07 Dish put in a seperate D500 pointing at 129.
Will Greensboro, NC be on these or on the 61.5?
My main question is does Dish upgrade the dish to something new for free to get Locals in HD if I need new equipment or just repoint dish?
Should I get the The DHPP to help with this?

I should explain they put up D500 to get better signal without moving my main dish.

There may be a fee. Dish wanted $59.95 for a wing dish when I asked about my SD locals at 148. I had an old D500 so I put it up myself.

Unless your HD locals are on 118.75 you are set because you already have equipment fro 110, 119, 129 and 61.5.

There is some talk of a new dish for the eastern arc that dish will supply gratis.
