Channels are 17 above than current assignment and overlap other HD channels. 362 is HDNET for example. Could additional premiums be coming?

It looks like they now deleted the overllaps. Still makes no sense to me - why not simple change the flags on the originally uploaded channels to make them available to all subscribers for a free preview?

Glad you pointed that out, seems many think that.
The TV sellers are telling people that so it is easy to see why that is the miss conception.
Right. Profiteers are doing there thing with the hype. I explain to cust's. all the time, and refer them to FCC.gov.

The ENCORE channels are 17 above. The Starz are 15 above, since there are two empty channel numbers between Wam and Starz East.

The 17 isn't really significant...they start directly above where they end now, which just happens to be 17.

This combined with the uplink a few hours later is very strange, indeed. Even if they were adding premiums, there's plenty of room there already unless they were going to go FIOS style and just carry every possible west feed. If anything would have to be moved, it would be Showtime. Since it starts at 318, there's not enough room for every Cinemax in the 310s.
