It doesn't make any sence.
Where it says channel Removes, Thats not the channel numbers these Premiums are on to begin with, So how does this make any sence?

I think some of it is typo correction from the earlier list (correcting Overlaps).

364 Has NEVER been Encore WAM!

It just seems Dish leads the way in this area, not TWC and DirecTV!!!!

The channels removed were added in the uplink 4-1/2 hours before this one.
