Anybody had a chance to check picture quality on the new MPEG4 converted channels? Any better? No change? Worse?

Nice. At least 7 placeholders. And there are only 3 more Comcast networks (E!, Style, G4) so it should be more than that. And some PPV that has previously indicated may be changed to national HD, giving up 5 more possibilities.

Only thing is, those 7 need added to the EA.

And MPEG4 is nice.

Better!!

A lot cleaner picture with less noise. I have both Dish and Direct and I think the MPEG4 hd Dish are on par with Direct.

I noticed the MPEG2 hd had a slight red push in color. (I have had my set calibrated)

On the Temp channels. My guess is Viacom.

Don't know what D* does, but 7 has been the norm on E* for some time.
