The couple of comments of "hey does anyone know when my locals will be available?" is fine. But usually we don't know as some locals have come early and some have come late. Lots of things to put in place legally and physically...sometimes things just don't go right in the IT world.

But the constant yelling on every single uplink thread about the same locals gets old real quick.

I live in Jacksonville, NC but my locals are Greenville, they have been uplinked for 6 months, just not made available, they were suppose to be by July 30th per the retail chat, so I am patiently waiting.
