Use a DP34 for one orbital location?

I live in Alaska and the only satellite I can receive is the 119. I have a DishPro LNBF and I need 3 feeds.

Can a DP34 switch be used as a splitter by plugging in the cable from the dish into the (optional) Dish 300 slot? I'm currently using a cable splitter (rated between 5Mhz -2.3Ghz) for two feeds and it works just fine for two receivers. Rather than cascading splitters to add the third line, I know a single DP34 can accommodate up to 4 feeds. Am I missing anything?

Yeah I probably could, but I know someone who's willing to mail me a DP34. I just don't want to hassel him if I know it won't work.

Don't hassle with the DP34 ad DishPro twin.

You will forever be getting error messages for 110. What you need is a legacy lnb or a DirecTV dual lnb and a DirecTV 3z4 multiswitch for gour feeds at 119 core programming only.

If you can't find these locally, I can send you them at a very low priceby Priority Mail. Send me a Private Message.
