Using a Echostar Ad-3000IP viaccess with a SMW q-pll Quad Lnb Type R

Does any one know the best LNB settings to use a SMW Quad Band LNB Type R with a Echostar Ad-3000IP at the moment I am using Type 8 9750 - 11.300 on the Echostar Ad-3000IP LNB menu .

MPEG-2 receiver? What are you going to do with that?

We still use Mpeg 2 + 4 in Europe but Have been looking for a receiver that covers mpeg 4 with a Dish + Skew control but it would seem no body makes one .
