Using Radio as Audio Amplifier

HI,

I have a Sirius Stratus 5 and want to use my Panasonic CQ-DF583U radio to amplify the audio from the Sirius.

The radio has an audio input connection for use with a remote CD changer. I tried hooking the Sirius audio out to the radio CD changer audio in but it did not work.

I do not have a remote CD changer so need a way to make the radio think one is connected so it with amplify the Sirius audio.

Has anybody found a way to do this?
