I hate VZ. One of the happiest days of my electronics life was when I ditched them in favor of T-Mobile. (The other was when I ditched my iPhone and uninstalled iTunes from my PC. Oh happy day.)
No we are not throttling them, we just happen to be running their traffic through an already overloaded link...
They did this for awhile with Slingplayer a few years ago but in that case it was on their wireless system. I think it was DLS reports that uncovered it. Also reports they blocked Google Wallet, they denied it, but in that denial said they do not block "Normal" apps. I believe it was found they were indeed blocking it.

I was wondering how long until we saw some kind of report about something like this. not surprised Verizon is the first to be accused of this though
I was at a party once where people were passing doobies right, left and center.... but I didnt inhale!
