...now to spend the day trying not to be tempted into installing one of these apps on my work macbook so I can update.

I tried with Kies and is says that MJE (current 4.3 version) is the latest firmware.

Looks like Verizon has pulled the update back. Several have reported issues with visual voice mail not working.

Really Verizon?

I just did a software update check and my phone is downloading an update. Hopefully it's KitKat.
