Vertic Lines on my TV

I have 3 TV hook up on one line that are split with a tap and on my tv screens theres a verticle line that rolls upward what is the problem please.???

I'm guessing the splitter.

I hope it is a 3-way or 4-way splitter. One connection should be marked input and the others output and they may be marked -6 to -14 dB, indicating the signal drop from input to output (2x to 5x in voltage-- 20 dB is 10X voltage or 40X power.) Remove all but outputs and add back one at a time.
