Viasat Modem flashing

My modem is currently flashing and in the viasat modem page is has an (!) instead of a check on the TRIA. The status shows everything on it is fine and the internet itself is working fine, this happen to anyone else? Should I be worried?

When the modem defects a fault it will do that and most of the time work but I would call them and a schedule service call

I take it that you mean ALL the modem lights are flashing in unison. Most likely you have a coax issue since you are still able to surf. When you are on the status page you should click on the Tria tab and it will list several values which should all be green, in your case one will be in red. I imagine cable resistance is going to be the issue.
