Kentucky imposes a 3.0% excise tax on the price of multichannel video programming services. The law requires DISH to collect this tax from subscribers.

NC just started this crap apparently.This months bill was the first time I have seen it.Load of BS,but what ya gonna do.I don't see NC listed on the page,I'm guessing they haven't updated it yet.
