Video freezes on VIP 222k

Starting today, the video freezes after about a minute of watching live TV. The audio still works fine. When I reboot the receiver, the video works for another minute then freezes again. Does is sound like the receiver is going bad? I have had it for a little over 3 years.

I tried to get DISH to help me online, but since I am at work I couldn't run the troubleshooting tests.

It sounds like it could be. Are you unplugging it to reboot it?
