Thanks in advance for the answer. I won't be home to check this myself for 2 or 3 days.

If I have a 622/722, while I am connecting the HDMI or Component video to my upstairs HDTV, can I SIMULTANEOUSLY output the TV1 composite to my downstairs TV (I already run TV2's composite to it).

Thanks RandallA!

That was the answer I was hoping for, now I'll run another composite cable and be able to switch between two composites for the downstairs TV (better than the composite/modulated pairing I'm now using).

You'll be watching the same channel on TV1 for both outputs but that should work. Just in case you didn't now, you could also use an UHF remote for TV1. You can buy an extra 6.2 or 6.3 remote for $20.00 and could change channels on that second TV.

By the way, if one TV is 16x9 and the other is 4x3, you'll have stretch issues on one or the other if TV1 goes to both.
