Hey Guys, I just found an old FTA box in our shed, and I was just curious as to whether someone could help me find the latest firmware for it. I can't find it anywhere and I'm trying to clear it of some old hacker firmware. Any help is appreciated!

If this is the Viewsat VS2000 Ultra Lite then the factory firmware was shared in post three of this thread. Don't know what it will do if loaded on another model so only use it if that is your exact model. Don't know anything about these receivers or how to load the firmware, just sharing what I found when I searched the site. Good luck!

That receiver is useless anymore for anything other than 97w. Also, the hacker software is the only firmware ever written for it. I wouldn't even bother with it.

Yep, the Korean's flooded the market with that junk and ruined it for us who did the hard work of pulling boxkeys off dish IRD's and programming cards...
