VIP 622 Problem

I have a VIP 622 DVR that when I record something I can start watching what I recorded and I'll be watching the program and it will stop and I cant finish watching what I recorded and I'll miss out on the rest of the program.Anyone have an idea what is happening or what is wrong with the 622? This problem happens about 4 times a week and I tape every day.Thank you for any responses.

Call E*. I think you probably need to replace the receiver if this is happening repeatedly.
