ViP211 Upgrade Question

I just looked at the DishNetwork website. It says an upgrade to the VIP211 would cost $49.00, and that's to have someone come out and install the receiver. I'm wondering if I need to have the Dish1000 upgrade as well. Would that be included in the $49.00 fee, or is there an additional fee? (I live in Bowling Green, KY).

no. installation = installation, everything you need for it to work

On first setup - give it plenty of time to get configured and download software. And, you will NO DOUBT have to call dish back to get them to authorize the 211 AND the programming.

Other than typical DISH CSR/TECH obstacles, piece of cake!
