Vip622: Acquiring Satellite Signal 015 every morning

I have a Dish Network ViP 622 receiver and every morning when i turn on my TV the receiver is stuck on a "acquiring satellite" 015 screen. With the 0 out of 5 being there forever... when i reset the receiver (by pressing the on/off for a couple seconds), the receivers comes back, goes thru step 0-5 for acquiring satellite my programming shows up properly. When i do my switch test, everything shows up green for all 3 satellites etc, no problems what so ever.

I called Dish Network and they sent somebody out... the technician said he replaced the coax-Y cable in the back of the receiver and it's all working now...

but the next day, same problem...

I called Dish Network again and they sent me a new receiver... hooked it all up and the next morning... same problem, so it's not the receiver...

anyone any suggestion?

As in previous threads... check for non high frequency barrels/wallplates. Proper ones should have a blue center and NOT a white/clear. Also beware of crappy diplexers.
