Just ask your parents for the password.

Other than that, you have to call a CSR to reset the receiver. Of course that involves pretending to be your parent, and then explaining to them why there is no longer password protection on the receiver.

Instead of making assumptions people, check his posting history. I'm guessing he's not a kid trying to get around something his parents did...

Either way, if there were a "backdoor password", posting it here would be a bad idea. The simplest thing to do is call Dish as suggested multiple times.
